About this role

We're looking for a Growth Associate to help accelerate our go-to-market efforts. This role is for a generalist who wants to work on growth initiatives at an early-stage AI company. You'll work directly with our founders and sales leadership while building our customer acquisition strategy, generating qualified leads, and scaling our impact in healthcare. This role involves wearing multiple hats with autonomy to drive results. You'll design and implement growth systems that scale. You'll get exposure to all aspects of growth—demand generation, content marketing, partnership development, and sales enablement. Good performance will be rewarded with increased ownership and career progression.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute lead generation by identifying prospects, managing outbound campaigns, and optimizing automation flows

  • Analyze growth metrics and create dashboards to track key performance indicators across the customer funnel

  • Execute marketing campaigns including content creation, event coordination, digital marketing, and vendor management

  • Assist with partnership development by identifying potential partners and supporting relationship building

  • Optimize sales processes by creating sales materials, managing CRM data, and supporting sales operations

  • Conduct market research on healthcare technology trends, competitive landscape, and target customer segments

  • Lead strategic projects that impact company growth and market positioning

What we're looking for

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in growth, marketing, business development, or related functions

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure success

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch in fast-changing environments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling content

  • Interest in AI and taking complex technical products to market

  • Project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives
